How
quickly do you deliver?
Orders
are usually dispatched next day unless an item is temporarily out
of stock, in which case we will contact you and offer a timescale
for delivery, an alternative or a refund. If your order is urgent,
tell us! We will always do our very best to help - but you may incurr
extra postage charges.
I've
just received my order and I just don't like it as much as I though
I would. What can I do?
Just
return it! Our mail order guarantee is unconditional. Please return
the item/s in perfect condition within 14 days and we will refund
you with a smile. We cannot, however, refund your postage.
I
have just received my order and it is damaged/broken. What should
I do?
All
items leave 'home' in perfect condition, although we are occasionally
vunerable to human error! Please return the item/s to us without
delay - please make a note of the condition of the packaging on
arrival if possible. We will either replace the item or give you
a full refund, including your postage costs, depending on your choice.
I
placed my order ten days ago and haven't received anything!
Contact
us as soon as possible - parcels do occasionally get lost in the
post and we need to know!
What
do you charge for postage and packing?
To
UK addresses - £4 for 1 ITEM, £6 for 2-3 items and £12
for 4+ items. Delivery will be by first class recorded post (needs
to be signed for) taking 2-3 days, or next day is available at extra
cost if required.
For
orders to Europe, the USA, and anywhere else in the world, the cost
is worked out according to the weight of your order. This is automatically
added at the checkout.
Is
everything you sell available on the website?
No.
We have so many items in the retail shop, which are constantly being
added to that its impossible to get them all on the website. Therefore
if you can't see something particular please ring or email as we
can advise if its in stock or if we can get it. Plus its always
worth paying us a visit if you are in the area.
Do
you have a paper catalogue?
No

My
order has been delayed and I am worried that you have charged my
card!
We
never charge your card until your goods are ready to dispatch.
