Online orders are to be paid in full, including postage, before despatch, and if returned items must be in immaculate, as new, unworn condition. Any marks, smells or evidence of wear will render the refund option null, (my decision is final!) so I recommend you try any new shoes or clothes on a carpet surface to keep them clean. Postage both ways to be covered by the customer, and is non-refundable, unless there is a fault upon wearing in which case you will offered a replacement or refund.

Although I keep an ever increasing range of stock, I am happy to order different sizes and colours of items if available on a Try Before You Buy basis if you come to me to try on. If however, your require them to be posted to you, the above terms apply.

Orders are to be within reason, and at my discretion, but I will always do whatever I can to find you the perfect shoes! Thank you, Liz.
