Upon occaision, when advised, it maybe neccessary for extra postage to be charged, for example to cover cost of sending a replacement item.

POSTAGE
Customers are responsible for return postage costs, proof of posting is recommended.
Postage is charged at £5 for one item (including shoes), £8 for two pairs of shoes and for three pairs or more you be will quoted before shipping.
Replacement items - in the event of you needing a different size, colour or style please get in touch - a replacement will be sent as soon as possible, however you will be charged postage for the replacement item.
Postage is non-refundable, unless there is a fault in which case postage will be refunded and you will offered a replacement or refund.
If you can't wait and would like to receive your shoes the next day please add the special delivery option below at £11, this means your postage total will be £16 for one pair of shoes on overnight delivery.
EXTRA POSTAGE FOR SPECIAL DELIVERY

This is an extra payment of £11 on top of the £5 standard postage cost if you would like your shoes sent on guaranteed overnight special delivery. They will arrive by 1pm the next day and you will need to be there to sign for the parcel. To be clear they will not leave it unsigned for!
