RETURNS;
* Returned items must be in immaculate, as new, unworn condition. Any marks (including on the soles of shoes), stains, smells or evidence of wear will render the refund option null, (Wowdancer's decision is final).
* Customers are responsible for return postage costs. Proof of posting and adequate insurance cover is recommended, in case the return parcel goes missing. If possible please do not use signed for.
* Replacement items - in the event of you need a different size, colour or style please get in touch - a replacement will be sent as soon as possible, however you will be charged postage for the replacement item.
* Postage is non-refundable, unless there is a fault in which case postage will be refunded and you will offered a replacement or refund.

1. Contact Wowdancer by Whatsapp to request a return and/or exchange or refund.
2. Check the shoes are in new condition with no marks, stains, smells or evidence of wear.
3. Repackage and send the shoes including the packing slip or a note with your details, order number and whether you would like a replacement (and if so what) or a refund.
4. Pay for postage at £5 here if you are requesting a replacement.
