Orders in person - a deposit of 50% will be required before ordering.

Orders online - if an item is out of stock, or on back order you will be notified of an expected delivery time. If this is unacceptable you will be offered a full refund.

Online orders are to be paid in full, including postage, before despatch.

Returned items must be in immaculate, as new, unworn condition. Any marks, stains, smells or evidence of wear will render the refund option null, (Wowdancer's decision is final).

Customers are responsible for return postage costs, proof of posting is recommended.

Postage is charged at £5 for one item (including shoes), £8 for two pairs of shoes and for three pairs or more you be will quoted before shipping.

Replacement items - in the event of you needing a different size, colour or style please get in touch - a replacement will be sent as soon as possible, however you will be charged postage for the replacement item.

Postage is non-refundable, unless there is a fault in which case postage will be refunded and you will offered a replacement or refund.
