ORDERING & DELIVERY TIME;
1. If an item is out of stock, or on back order you will be notified of an expected delivery time. If this is unacceptable you will be offered an alternative or full refund.
2. Online orders are to be paid in full, including postage, before despatch.
3. Postage is charged at £5 for one or two items (including shoes), £10 for three or four pairs of shoes. More than four pairs please request a price before ordering.
4. Replacement items - in the event of you needing a different size, colour or style please get in touch - a replacement will be sent as soon as possible, however you will be charged postage for the replacement item.
5. Postage is non-refundable, unless there is a fault in which case postage will be refunded and you will offered a replacement or refund.

RETURNS;
1. Returned items must be in immaculate, as new, unworn condition. Any marks (including on the soles of shoes), stains, smells or evidence of wear will render the refund option null, (Wowdancer's decision is final).
2. Customers are responsible for return postage costs. Proof of posting and adequate insurance cover is recommended.
