Note fom Liz; Fitwise personally I have found these to be medium to wide fit and so you will most likely need your normal shoe size or maybe down a half size. I take UK8 in low tops but UK7 in these and have a wide foot. They are soft flexible fabric uppers so have more "give" in them.
