Note fom Liz; Fitwise personally I have found these to be medium to wide fit and so you will most likely need your normal shoe size. I take UK8 in low tops and UK7.5 in these which is my normal shoe size as I have wide feet. They are soft flexible fabric uppers so have more "give" in them. Super comfy, usual Fuego spinniness and spongey removable insole!
